This post is gonna be super random. I haven't blogged in so long and I have so much I have been meaning to write about that there is no way I will remember it all. I went through all the pictures I have taken in the last couple months and here are some of the cutest ones. I didn't edit any and they are just snapshots so they aren't the best, but it's better than nothing :)
Ashtyn was playing dolls with Collin. Isn't he so sweet to put up with her ideas!?

I posted some of Ashtyn in her dance costume, but I never posted any of her recital. I was so mad at myself for not bringing my big camera so none of my pictures really turned out. She is the one on the far right. She did a really great job and I was so proud of her. As nervous as she was, she acted like it didn't bother her at all.

Waiting backstage before it all started.

This summer we have done a whole lot of nothing really. We keep busy by swimming a little, McDonald's playplace, splash pads, jumpin jacks, movies, and best of all we are "babysitting" grama and grampa's trampoline for a year.
Here they are watchin' a movie on a Friday night.
Playin' outside on the swing set:
Playing in the hose and getting the trampoline wet has been the funnest new thing for them!
This is super random but Collin is actually crying at the dryer waiting for his blankie to come out. He has recently become extra attached to it.
Sleeping out on the tramp for the first time. Surprisingly they slept out there all night. Little did they know Chris and I had slept inside , ha, ha!
* Camden was talking about the days of the week so I started singing the song...Sunday, Monday, Tues, wed, thurs, fri, sat, sun. After he said
"Mom, but you forgot TOMORROW!!" So, funny, he thought Tomorrow was an actual day of the week!
He is starting to act so big. I can't believe he will be 4 in a couple months. He is such a sweet boy and always tells me "thank you" and helps me with a lot of things. He is unbelievably stubborn at times but I LOVE him and try to just laugh it off. (although, at church, in the middle of sacrament I am working on the "laughing it off" part, instead of -try not to strangle him and burst into tears. Ha, Ha, just kidding, it's not quite that bad, and it isn't every week!)
*Collin is finally talking a ton. He says a million words, some you can understand more than others. Some of my favorites, are: "ommy" (mommy), "addy"(daddy), "unny" (sunny, the dog next door), my very favorite is he puts his arms in the air and says "pa-prize" (surprise!) oh, it is so so cute! Last night it was so sweet, while we were saying good-bye to my parents he was saying over and over again, "bye, bye, la you" it was the first time he has said Love You. He is just at my favorite age and he is so so sweet and yummy I could just eat him up. Just for stats: He is still just over 18 pounds. The dr. of course was super concerned and ran a bunch of tests to make sure things are all ok, and they all came back perfectly fine. He is just super scrawny. I can see why our Dr. would be concerned since he technically has lost a couple ounces in 5 months and isn't gaining weight. He is on the charts for height and head size though, so that's a good thing!
*Ashtyn is getting so excited for Kindergarten to start and so am I! Ha, Ha. Summer isn't all it's cracked up to be if you ask me. It's basically me trying to entertain three kids 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Anyone else feel like that? Anyways, she has loved playing with friends everyday and is such a good, sweet girlie!
*I have been trying to get ready for this sweet baby girl to join our family! I have made a car seat canopy, burp cloths and a bunch of bows and head bands. Man, it is so fun to prepare for a girl. I think we have her named. Unless we change our minds it will be Adisyn Hope O'Connor. We all love it. Ashtyn insists that her first name is Addie, then Adisyn, then Hope. She will only call her Addie. Chris has just been working hard as usual. Although at the moment he is in Canada fishing. He will have been there 7 days by the time he gets home. Boy am I ready for a partner. I feel for all you single mothers out there. It is hard not to ever get a break. I have been so lonely at night, too, which I didn't really expect. Well, there is my attempt to journal about the last little while. I know I will remember a million things I meant to write down later! Ha, ha!
