Little piggies

I am in LOVE with these little piggies today! I think these little shoes I saw on pinterest might be my new addiction. Adisyn NEEDS a pair in each color for sure.

4 1/2 month stats

Adisyn had her 4 month check up yesterday.
Stats @ 4 1/2 mos:

Weight: 15.13 lbs (84%)
Height: 25 inches (66%)
Head: 16.2 in (48%)

She is such a little chunker and we LOVE it. Her shots went great and she doesn't seem to be phased by them at all. Here are some pictures I took of her at exactly 4 months. I bet you can't find a baby cuter that her! (So what if I am a little biased?)

BFF's!!!

I wanted to do a post of what my kids do just about EVERY day! Each day as soon as Ashtyn gets home from school she asks, "Can I go get Branson and Maycie to play?" and every morning while Ashtyn is as school Camden asks if he can go get Maycie to play. Camden calls her his girlfriends most of the time, ha, ha. All four of them get along really good for the most part. Most days in the afternoon one of my babies are sleeping so they play "out front." They ride bikes and also play "house." Hours and hours are spent playing together, finding sticks, rocks, and other little treasures. I love that they play pretend and just make up stuff to do with only some empty lots. Cute cute kiddos! We are so lucky to have such good friends that live just around the corner.
Ashtyn, Branson, Camden, and Maycie:

Branson and Ashtyn had this red container and filled it will all sorts of garbage. I was out there taking these few pictures and I heard Branson say "here's a phone." It was a smashed water bottle. Way to use your imagination,eh?

Spring Break 2012

This past week was spring break so we wanted to go visit my parents and brother down in Phoenix. We left on Wednesday afternoon. It took us about 7 hours to get there. I was so worried about the trip because of how long it is plus Beau and Candice rode with us. We had a FULL van! Our kids surprised us and were absolutely incredible. It was pretty much peace and quiet the entire 7 hours! (I am not quite sure how they can be so quiet for 7 hours, but one hour of church is unbearable!)

Thursday we first went to a chocolate factory. They showed us how they make some treats and then gave us each a marshmallow covered in white chocolate with sprinkles. Yummy!
*I am bummed that I didn't get very many great pictures. It is hard when so much is going on. I ended up with a lot of backs of heads*

Next we drove to the train park. It has a couple real trains to look at,a carousel, a small train to ride, and a room filled with running "toy" trains. The kids had a bunch of fun here.
Camden is waiting for the train:

On Friday we drove out to the Mesa temple. It is a really pretty temple with GORGEOUS grounds. They have tons of fruit trees like lemons, limes, oranges, and grapefruit.

Camden of course had to throw one of the oranges and it split right open.

After that we went to the Stuffington Bear Factory. (At the very beginning of the tour Addie had a huge blow out so I was outside cleaning her up during the tour:) Grandma and Candice were TOO nice and told the kids they could each choose a bear to make their selves. So after the short tour was over they each picked out a bear. First they had to get it stuffed by the stuffing machine, then take it to get the back hole sewn up, then get it "fluffed", then they had to "comb" it, "bathe" it and then put ribbon on it, and get the "birth certificate." It was really cute and the kids LOVED it.
Ashtyn with her bear after the lady sewed up the back:

I didn't have an outfit for Addie after her blowout so it's a good thing it was SO hot that day!
Camden with his bear after it got sewn:

Collin is pressing on the foot pedal to stuff his bear:
Ashtyn combing her bear. (These had a comb like tool and it sucked like a vacuum)
Camden giving his bear a "bath". There was a pedal to step on and it shot out air to "bathe" it.

The boys went to Cabela's to look around and then they toured the Cardinal's football stadium. We went back to the apartment to swim.

The next day the boys went to a baseball game and the girls went to a HUGE mall. It was really fun shopping. Our trip was so much fun and my mom really spoiled us with yummy food and a good time. Thanks again for letting us invade your house!

Here's one just for Grandma!
