Some fun comparisons

Everyone seems to think Addie looks so much like Camden and Ashtyn. I think she is an exact combination, half and half, of them. You be the judge!

They are all about the same age in these pictures. I don't remember how Ashtyn got this black eye!

Addie

I zoomed in a ton on this picture to get a better look at Camden's face:

I personally think she looks more like Ashtyn, especially the eyes and eyebrows. All 3 of them have the exact same nose.

Addie paddie

We call her that a lot lately. She is already 5 months old. She tried baby oatmeal for the first time the other day. I was surprised that she actually didn't seem to mind it all THAT bad. She swallowed it more than spit it out, so I consider that a success! The last picture is after Collin gave her a Hot Tamales candy. I thought she was choking on it, but she was just trying to get the candy out of her mouth. Poor girl did not like it a bit!

A few things about her lately-

*She is rolling everywhere and anywhere
*Loves to be held, but is content most of the time.
*Is starting to get a ton of hair.
*So smiley.
*The other day she slept until 10:30 a.m. (Getting up at 5:30 a.m. to eat) I couldn't believe she slept that long!!! She is a great sleeper. (Except last night she didn't want to go to sleep, and she is currently in her crib crying and fighting a nap, ha!) Hoping this isn't something that will continue.

Easter 2012

We always celebrate the "fun" part of Easter on Saturday. I think it makes it so much easier to have the craziness on Saturday so we aren't trying to do SO much Sunday morning before church. It's nice not to have the kids on a sugar high for church. Also, it allows us to focus on the real meaning of Easter all day on Sunday. The kids woke up to a fun scavenger hunt for their baskets. They thought it was really cool. After they found their baskets and rummaged through their stuff, they were ready to go outside for the egg hunt. Lucky kids, each plastic egg was filled with candy and coins. Ashtyn was really excited to count how much money she had in her eggs. The kids hurried to get bathed for the Coral Canyon Easter egg hunt.We had perfect timing: JUST before they started. It lasted a whole TEN seconds and we were headed home to get ready to go to our picnic. (Note to self: probably don't waste the time to bother going next year. It's pretty pointless.) Chris packed up our four wheeler and we headed to our Cram family Easter picnic down at Cedar Pocket. For lunch we had dutch oven chicken and potatoes, salads, jello's and treats. YUMMY! We don't really get together with all my aunts/uncles/cousins that often so it was really fun to be with (mostly) everybody.(We especially missed my mom, dad and Kaden. It's just not the same without them :( The kids had a blast riding the four wheeler, playing in the river, frisbee, baseball, and kites. It was perfect weather and quite relaxing for me. I LOVED IT! We were the last ones to head home and I still wasn't totally ready to leave. I think this might have been the funnest Easter we've had since we've been married.

Here they are coloring their eggs:

I always say that you can tell how much the kids had fun by how dirty they are. I think this one speaks for itself!
