The Red Hawks

Camden started soccer about a month ago. His team is the Red Hawks. He is loving both practices and games. Today he scored his first goal and was SO excited about it! Go Camden!








I wish you could see his face better because it shows just how excited he was after scoring his first goal! It was SO cute!

Our little piano player

Ashtyn started piano this past July. Paige VanDerHayden is her cute piano teacher. She is getting to be quite the little piano player and I love it! It was ROUGH at first. She wasn't truly understanding the keys and notes. About a month ago, it just clicked and she has improved a ton! She just finished her first book- John Thompsons Easiest Piano Course-book one. Her favorite songs to play are Row, row, row your boat, Yankee Doodle, Book of Mormon Stories, and my favorite- When I am baptised. I am excited to have piano and music as part of our home. Keep up the good work Ashtyn!!!

Amanda and Jeff's Wedding 9.7.2013

Thursday morning Camden woke up sick to his stomach and didn't go to school. We were supposed to leave to Salt Lake for the weekend and Amanda and Jeff's wedding at 4 o'clock. Around 10:30 he threw up. GREAT! The boys and I said a prayer that Camden would feel better and that no one else would come down with the sickness. Thankfully, he slowly started feeling better and I was pretty certain no one else would get it. We safely arrived around 9:00. Friday was spent running errands and getting Camden fit for his tuxedo since he was the ring bearer. That night we went to the State Fair. It was a lot of fun! We ate, saw tons of farm animals, played a game, went down the giant yellow slide, and ate junk food! We were BEAT at the end of the night:) Saturday we went to the wedding which was beautiful! Camden was THEE CUTEST ring bearer there ever was! He looked so handsome! He did his job perfectly and had the audience "AHHHHing" at the end of the ceremony. Adisyn danced the whole night, it was super cute! Congratulations Amanda and Jeff!
