Spring Break

We didn't get to go anywhere super fun this year due to a really busy summer coming up. I tried to do something fun each day so we didn't drive each other crazy all week long. Monday we stayed home the whole day and played with friends outside. The weather could not have been more perfect for spring break, 70-80 degrees ALL week!!! Tuesday we went to the Main Street splash pad from 12:00-3:00 with the Wilcox's. I got only a couple pics before my battery died. Wednesday we went to the Highland park for a play date. We waited ALL week for Thursday to come! A bunch of ladies from the ward all planned to go out to the Snow Canyon sand dunes. We met at 10:00 to caravan there. There ended up being around 14 moms and 45 kids! WOW! It was a party for sure. My kids played with JUST SAND for 6 straight hours without a peep! Even Adisyn was perfect. She went ALL day with no nap and still played and played and played. It was amazing and a blast. We brought home a lot of sand and sunburns, but WELL worth it. I can't wait to do it again next year. The only bad thing was that I brought my camera without a memory card in it. I took a few pictures with my phone and they turned out MUCH better than i thought they would or I would've taken a lot more pictures. Anyways, Thursday was for sure the highlight of the week. Friday we picked up some sandwiches and went to the splash pad again for an hour or so. It has been a fun spring break with lots of adventures!
